Products
We sell Digital Cameras and Video Conference systems. Our major product suppliers include reputable firms like Hewlett Packard, EPSON, Canon, Acer, Agfa, Logitech, Creative, Intel etc.

Our products incorporate quality checking by the respective manufacturers/agents and all products must come within the International established standards and specifications. We deliver our products and services worldwide including Europe, America, Asia, Australia and Africa. Our products are sold at retail electronically on our online shopping sites where customers fill-in orders forms and make online payments.

Our delivery systems are timely and efficient to meet the needs of our customers. Our handling of transportation for domestic orders are similar to overseas orders. For our local and international deliveries, we use the services of local couriers and world-wide delivery companies to perform our delivery services. We use the services of
UPS, DHL deliveries for quicker deliveries. We also use the shipping/air carriers for local and international bulky deliveries.

In using the services of the world’s largest packaging and delivery companies, our customers are able to electronically track the delivery of their goods and receive their goods on time. The volume and weight of the goods determine transportation costs. We have special discounts for quantity orders. Some local delivery within our operating area are free. Local delivery costs are lower than International prices.

We classify our delivery into the following categories: Local delivery, Express delivery (local) and International delivery. Customers pay for goods before shipment and also pay deliveries cost. We consider the cost of shipment, delivery schedule, and accessibility to product by the customer when determining the method of delivery. Before delivery, we check with our customer about the destination of the goods to know if it is a free-trade zone or a free port where goods are exempt from import duties.

We have established a diverse base of customers and continue to focus on supporting the strong demand from large enterprise customers. Our customers include companies and individuals. Storepick continues to receive orders/enquiries from customers in all parts of the globe and 80% of our sales are from Europe, Asia and Africa. Our International delivery is very fast, reliable and efficient, meaning that our customers receive their orders promptly.

Customer Support
We keep promises and answer all customers’ requests promptly, clearly, politely, courteous and friendly. We provide a 24-hour customer technical support services by Email, Telephone, Fax, Mail and person-to-person. We employ highly experienced staff to provide round the clock technical support to our customers. Our support staff are fluent in major foreign languages and are able to respond to all customers’ enquiry in English and in major foreign languages. Our staff are familiar with our products, catalogue, prices, terms and conditions etc. Our Technical support services cover information about our company, products and services specifications and availability, price and discounts, terms and other agreements, delivery information etc.

We work on building and maintaining long lasting business relationship with our customers. Common courtesy dictates our business activity. We treat and serve our foreign customers the same way as domestic customers. We keep customers and contacts notified of all changes, including price, personnel, address, and phone numbers. Because of distance, we use email, fax and telephone to keep the working relationship active and up to date.
